As if the end of the “Bad Boys” era was not painful enough, Michael Jordan comes to conquer the hearts of the Pistons fans again.
Nike announced on Tuesday that Jordan Brand’s famous Jumpman logo will appear on the Statement Edition uniforms of all NBA teams from season 2020-21. Hornets have been wearing Jordan brand uniforms since 2017 – an easy decision since Jordan is the majority owner of the franchise – but the presence of the Jumpman logo on the right shoulder of the jersey and on the left leg of the shorts isn’t exactly a welcome sight for everyone Team.

Appendix A: Just take a look at the Pistons’ Statement Edition jersey. Jordan’s struggles with Isiah Thomas, Bill Laimbeer and the rest of the pistons from the late 1980s and early 1990s just make this picture … so … wrong.

Detroit’s new look opened the door to a simple meme from ESPN’s documentary series “The Last Dance”. Give Jordan the iPad.
Some followers of Pistons pointed to Jordan’s personal feud with Thomas and noted that Jordan is generally seen as the main culprit for the exclusion of Thomas from the 1992 USA team. Ouch.
How can the pistons bear a Jordan logo after he destroyed the Bad Boys and displaced Isiah from the Dream Team?
This appears to be a sacrilege. # BadBoys # DetroitBasketball

Others simply hated the idea of incorporating Jordan into the pistons’ uniforms in any way. The rivalry between these Bulls and Pistons teams was pretty ugly until Chicago finally ended Detroit’s reign at the Eastern Conference, so the complaints are understandable.
Puke. Having the logo of the man who destroyed the bad boys doesn’t look good

Why should the pistons want the logo of the man who finished the bad boys on their jersey?

The Jordan logo on a Pistons jersey just doesn’t suit me.

Maybe we need something that looks a little more natural. How about?
Yes, it works well.
As for all piston fans out there, are there throwback jerseys?
